So i was looking at samsung 750 evo. But a lot of people reccomend 850evo. What's the difference between them?

Well. Ones mid-range while the other is budget. And the 750evo doesn't use 3D Nand. And given that it's a TLC SSD, that's bad.

The 850 is newer and more reliable.

higher number means more better!

 

In seriousness though, the 850 is newer and more reliable, I think a touch faster as well but not by much.

SSD Plus. The SP550. The BX100/MX100/MX200 are decent choices. Hyper X isn't a bad one.

The 750 EVO, despite being newer, is both slightly cheaper and slightly slower than the 850 EVO. It's a good drive, though you may be able to get similar performance for less money from some other drives.

I don't understand your thought process. The OP is asking about a sub-$100 Samsung 750 EVO. M.2 is not on the table for that sort of buyer.
