So i was looking at samsung 750 evo. But a lot of people reccomend 850evo. What's the difference between them?

Well. Ones mid-range while the other is budget. And the 750evo doesn't use 3D Nand. And given that it's a TLC SSD, that's bad.

higher number means more better!

In seriousness though, the 850 is newer and more reliable, I think a touch faster as well but not by much.

When in doubt, re-format.

yeah.. 600Mbps is pretty much of a bottleneck .. with 4GB/sec no more bottleneck though that bandwidth is a bit too much to use.. but as i am saying.. no more bottleneck

Right xD

How the hell does an avg. user saturate 600Mbps.

The 750 EVO, despite being newer, is both slightly cheaper and slightly slower than the 850 EVO. It's a good drive, though you may be able to get similar performance for less money from some other drives.

Check out the 750 EVO review here: http://www.anandtech.com/show/10258/the-samsung-750-evo-120gb-250gb-ssd-review-a-return-to-planar-nand/10

I don't understand your thought process. The OP is asking about a sub-$100 Samsung 750 EVO. M.2 is not on the table for that sort of buyer.
