amd fx 8320e overclocking

hello i am having trouble over clocking my amd fx 8320e cpu can anyone help me here are my pc specs

cpu: amd fx 8320e

motherboard: asrock 970m pro3

powersupply: corsair rm750

ram: hyperx fury 32gb 2133mhz

ssd: 120gb ocz toshbia

gpu: xfx r9 390x

cpu cooler: cooler master m4 genie

Even though the motherboard supports overclocking, it wont overclock far. I used to have an asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0, and amd fx 8350, and the voltage dropped to 1.29 (normally 1.31) without overclocking with the vrm's being at 75c during load.
