PC restarts when gaming

Hi. So lately my PC has been restarting after I've gamed for 15-20 minutes. It's only been happening for about a week. Sometimes I'll be prompted with a Windows warning saying that there's not enough memory left, but mostly it just restarts. I've tried to monitor the memory usage through the task manager and I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary (granted I'm not an expert).

I'm kinda unsure what to do from here. How do I figure out what's wrong?

Specs:
Intel i5 4670k @ 3.40GHz
Asus Z87-A
EVGA GTX 770 (driver 368.81)
Corsair Vengeance DDR 1600MHz 2x4GB
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250gb (Windows 10 Home)
EVGA SuperNova P2 650W

what if you kill all apps but the game you are playing?

how clean are the internal components?

Memory leak eh? Any idea if I can test to make sure it's that or try to fix it?

I assume you mean operating system? In that case Windows 10 Home. I'll try to run a game and kill all other apps.

I just cleaned it recently so that shouldn't be it.
