There are things I see on General discussion and troubleshooting everyday that could be fixed with a simple tutorial that you could search up on the site. There would be no questions here, they would just be the tutorials to do certain things. If you wanted to ask a question, or maybe you wanted to have an edit for the tutorial, you could reply, but there would be no question threads. I have four or five ideas ready to put in the tutorial subforum, like "How To Put Lossless Files On A CD", or "How To Properly Organize Your Desktop", and I'm sure everyone has some as well.

 

There could be rules to set, like "Step numbers must be in large text and bold", "Must include pictures with each step", or something like that.
