PSU is not that great, get the EVGA G2, B2, GS, GQ, P2, Anything from Seasonic or XFX (excluding the XT), Corsair RMi, RMx, HXi and AXi instead.

The SSD is alright but you can get better, I recommended the Kingston SSDNow UV400, Samsung 850evo and ADATA SP550.

i'd get one 2tb hdd to save money, also rosewill quark 550w is excellent for $60 after $20 rebates, you can consider that.

Seems fine but I am not 100% sure about that PSU, are you sure you do not want to spend a bit more to make sure it wont fail on your or die? :)
