internet problems!

im having problems with my Huawei p8. i can't play any videos from the browser or the YT app. earlyer today i wassen't able to connet to the internet. i tried to fabrikinstall/reintall, now i'm connected but can't stream videos.

Can you do anything else? Like get on Chrome and open this website?

yes. i can see pictures and visit websited. but i can't stream vids

 

or, well i can, but it's buffering. even at 144p. and to watch a 2 minutt video, i have to wait 10 minutes for it to load. thats in 144p. i have 500/500 fiber btw

Test your internet connection. If good, is your phone.

pc download (tested 30 sekounds ago) 502 Mb. phone (right now) 2,60. used to be 23 Mb/s. tested by Ookla

tested the wireless internet on my laptop. used to have a little over 100 Mb/s. now 15,38 Mb/s (download). it's the ruter
