Varmilo va87mr durability?

I am planning to buy the varmilo va87m keyboard in Amazon until I recently saw  reddit thread stating that the keyboard dies in about 6 months for no apparent reason.i  not sure if this is true or not. Could someone that owns the keyboard clarify if this is a problem or not
