OK...I was going to let this slide since it wasn't a huge issue, but it's now happened so many times that I'm getting really frustrated.

This happens randomly....like...almost every day. I open YouTube, I click on a video, and it goes fullscreen. But the taskbar and the tabs menu on top (in Chrome) are still visible. It gets fixed whenever I restart the browser, but is there a way to fix this so that it never happens at all?

This sometimes happens to me too, and it sometimes doesn't. It really really grinds my gears. Just go fullscreen in youtube then hit F11. You'll have to hit F11 again after exiting full screen.

EDIT: Can't get the error to come up...will report back when it happens and I've tested your solution.

Just refresh the page, if it dosent solve it press F11. Or if its possible just hide the taskbar. It happens to me too and its very easy. to fix. If nothing works just follow this thread.
