You can get them on Amazon or Newegg. What country are you from and what e-tailers do you have available.

I personally use Noctuas Industrial PWM fans, they were a lot quieter and gave lower temperatures on my H100i, and my H115i than the stock fans.

Noctua NF-F12 are a good choice. Hopefully you can find a store online who has them which ships to your area.

how about, Corsair SP-120 Quiet Editions fans?

Good, but not the best fans

Imho it is the other way around. I am VERY picky about noise and the classic NF-F12 are quieter than the industrial (I had 6 of both). NF-F12 classic are by far the quitest radiator fans I had.

- Noctua NF-F12 industrial 2000rpm

- Noctua NF-F12 classic

I have both an H60 on one achine and an H80i V2 on another machine which are running dual pairs of Blacknoise NBLoops fans.  Runs great and quiet.  the H60 has the 1500rpm PWM models and the H80i v2 is running the 2000RPM models.  There's really no issue in swapping fans on coolers like these.  I suggest you shop online for the odels of fans you seek.
