No you would not. You need fast RAM speeds with an APU because the APU uses RAM as its vRAM, so faster RAM = better performance. If you add in a dedicated graphics card, that doesn't matter anymore.

Thanks then If I will be building my first pc with an apu I will get something like 1600Mhz then because I will upgrade a gpu later in the future anyways, thanks again!

No problem. :) But if you find 1866MHz RAM for a similar price, I'd still recommend getting that. For the duration of gaming with the APU, it will help. Then again, you could always try to overclock 1600MHz RAM.
