Russian txt File

So my friend told me to search something up, when I looked it up, I couldn't find what he wanted me to see, but I did come across something called, Словарь от Grey.txt (Dictionary of Grey) When clicked, it just downloads a txt file to your computer. I haven't downloaded it yet because I'm not sure if it's a virus disguised as a txt file.

How do you know that it downloads a text file when you click it if you haven't clicked it yet?

It's a very basic password dictionary.

That's kinda what I first though, I also thought it might be a Dictionary for brute force software to use

That's what a password dictionary is. Now to find out if "Grey" is the individual that released the list, or the website that was compromised.
