That is because servers do not automatic show it in the Windows network map. Try to go to \\<server ip> in Windows Explorer to access any shared files, or use Remote Desktop to manage them from your main PC (if they are running Windows Server).

Normally, when you set your Servers in the same work group as your main PC, it should work, but windows can be a bit of a bitch about that when not everything is the same version. As for the Xbox, I can't help you with that.

is there a specific way to set it so they do show up ?

Question: What OS is running on the servers?

I have set up a FreeNAS sharing server, and have managed various Windows 2008 servers here at work, so I may be able to help you find a way to have what you want.
