mixer set up

what's going on I have a behringer 802 usb mixer and am not quite sure how to set it up the way I want im going to be using it for gaming/streaming and possibly YouTube down the line I have done some research on it but am still not sure how its supposed to be setup for what im trying to do I want to be able to monitor myself and hear the chat/game what I have to set it up is the mixer  3 1/4in to 3.5mm audio cables my xlr cable and 2 1/4in to 3.5 audio adapters one is for my headphones and the other one is for the fx send which im not sure if I need it if you know how to set it up I could definitely use some help thanks
