Looking for Lich King video

So I am trying to refresh myself on lore and remember a cut scene where Lich King (Arthas) was confronted by either the Legion, Anub'arak, or scourge in general and stated he had a debt to pay...

or essentially that his power went unchecked. I was thinking this was towards the end of the expansion.

Lore wise it would make sense the Legion would be wanting to seek revenge since the LK was of demon creation, but also the when his power was weaken sylvannas would have wanted to kill him with the forsaken. The Anub's were his servants/necromancers so maybe they were ticked off.... I just remember that video and its bothering me.
