I mean, its a decent build but Im guessing you will gett 40fps max on 3d chess (I play too its great) I reccomend you add more quadros

*UPDATE* 

You don't understand 3D Chess is not well optimized which forces me to spend so much on this build. If you still don't believe me then understand that I once was able to use Google's Super computer and Sergey Brin and I were only able to get a measly 50 fps on 3D Chess.
