Game Freeze

So im playing games such as Arma 2 Dayz Mod, Dayz SA and Arma 3. And on those game i always experience freezing every few seconds and it lasts about 1 - 2 seconds. I've tried the following: Updating Driver, Defragmenting my HDD, Se the priority to high from low, and changing my settings allot. Non of these things have worked and im still trying to fix this. My specs are a MSI 1070, i7 6700k with 8GB ram and a 1 TB HDD

What HDD is it exactly? Stuttering is usually caused by the CPU or hard drive. In your case it is definitely not your CPU.
