I will be building a new PC tomorrow and I don't have any anti static gear. Are there any alternatives such as rubber soles slippers and gloves? Maybe the tile floor in my kitchen could work out. I dunno. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Just to clarify on this. Plug only the power plug from your PSU into the wall, Leave the PSU off and just touch it periodically to discharge yourself. DO NOT plug anything into your motherboard or components.
