Cpu bottlenecking new GPU-s

So i have a pretty old PC it is build with these components

GPU: AMD 7870

CPU: i5-3570K 3.4 Ghz (not oc'd)

MOBO: ASROCK z77 pro3

RAM: 2x4 gb 800 Mhz ( trascend , i know its old )

So im looking to upgrade GPU with rx 480 or 1060 (i play 1080p pretty intense games and believe it or not i can currently run them all on ultra with over 60 fps besides bo3)-i need to play it on medium

And im looking to upgrade ram to 16GB but with 1600Mhz 

MAIN QUESTION: If i do any combination like this will i see any bottleneck and pls tell me what would you suggest me as best combination 

 

Will i need to upgrade CPU for any of these GPU-s

get a bit of an oc on it and is shouldn't be that much

No, it won't bottleneck a 1060 or 480.

I would get a RX 480.

No bottlenecks will occur with that combo, but you may see a few frames less for games that use a lot of AI or physics (which are CPU bound)

Do you think i will be able to play 60 fps most of the time on 1080p without upgrading cpu but maybe with slight overclock if needed

It should max out most games at 1080p60fps

You shouldn't need to overclock but if you can go for it. Unless you're playing GTA V, your CPU shouldn't detract from your experience while playing at 1080@60.
