Davinci Resolve - Quicktime Decoder Initialization failed.

After reinstalling Windows I installed all my programs. When I opened Davinci Resolve it came up with an error message: "Quick Time Decoder initialisation failed." followed by: "Quick Time Encoder initialisation failed."

I have Quicktime 7.7.9 and Davinci Resolve 12.5

Has anybody else had this issue?
