Ever since 2 days ago my CPU usage shows as 95-100% in task manager and never goes below that, even when idle. Currently I don't use any AV and RAM usage looks normal, neither do any processes in task manager show any CPU usage past 5%. Why is this happening and how can it be fixed? Thanks.

Go to task manager, click on the processes tab, make you sure you press 'show processes from all users', then sort them by CPU usage and find out which is using a lot of the CPU and investigate the problem from there.

That't the thing, the processes don't show any usage but the CPU is at 100%.

Yes that's fine your cpu always has to be doing something, just google the process bc I don't feel like explaining right now though I will if you need me to.

Nah it's alright. It stopped now anyway so I guess I'll figure it out or come back if it still goes on. Might format this week as well, 'bout time to.
