Need help setting up ssd

I have a 1tb hard drive and have used 500 gb on it and I just got a ssd I want to make my ssd my boot drive so I installed Windows on it and I don't see all my desktop icons on non of my games is there a way to set my HDD up so I can acces all of my other programs

Move your name folder out of the users folder and just in the main drive. Then follow these instructions to get everything calibrated: 

 

You will probably be better off re-installing your programs so all the registries and start menu is changed for each, but your files and stuff should be fine. (You could do this manually but this is time consuming)

Is there a way to find all the programs that had desktop icons?
