best 4k tv

i was looking for full 4k with hdr and dolby vision qatum as it the only one close to oled i want clear and good color with the full hdr and dolby vison i dont wanna buy a tv only for dolby vision and i want a 10 bit color too and i am gonna use it for tv and netflix on computer and streaming box which one is better or worst?
