cpu temps

hwmonitor and CAM both show temperature over 100°C, then I downloaded AIDA64 Extreme (trail) and it shows 50 °C on the cpu and 17-30°C for the 4 cores. Some time ago I've also got readouts of 5°C on cpu and -55°C on motherboard. I am no expert at this but I am pretty sure even amd does not run this hot idle. Tried  to play some games and noticed no performance issue e.g. fps dips due to thermal throttle . So is it just the sensors that are fucked? Also what impact will it have? I am using a (dusty) stock cooler with stock (at least 2 years old) thermal paste in a room at around 25°C.

edit- Update: idle temps now is 72 °C for CAM and hwmonitor

Take and re-paste your CPU, give your cooler a good cleaning and ensure your BIOS is up to date. I would take and uninstall all your monitoring software and use only one to ensure your not getting stepped on since your using multiple ones it looks like.
