Fallout 3 modding problem

I was recently modding Skyrim and I wanted to mod other games with Nexus (don't have Fallout 4 so I modded Fallout 3). So I found an enb (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18514/?) and as you can see it looks really good in the images provided but didn't look very good in my game and I didn't want to fix so I just wanted to get rid of. I tried removing all of the files I added and that didn't work so I reinstalled Fallout 3 and that didn't work it crashed right after I pressed play in the launcher, so... yeah I'm kind of at a loss here.

uninstalling the game via steam won't remove the custom files. so i'm guessing maybe you didn't delete one or multiple of the files which is why it is crashing at launch. I would open the zip file again and double check to make sure all the files are removed especially the .dll's.

Also you could try to verify the game cache (right click on game in library, click properties, local files, verify integrity) because there might have been an error when the files were downloaded.
