I recently purchased a brand new gtx 1060 to replace my previous gpu, and once I install the new Gpu the computer won even turn on... At first I thought it was my PSU not being powerful enough but my Power supply has more than enough watts to run a 1060... I reset the CMOS and even updated my Bios but nothing will get the PC to start with the new GPU installed

are you sure you plugged the display into the graphics card and not the motherboard?
