Posted July 29, 2016 No, the 390 isn't that great an overclocker so you're best saving that money towards getting new card once Vega hits. If anyone asks you never saw me. Gigabyte's AMD cards are trash, if your card gets up to 76 degrees and it is a Gigabyte R9 390, you should consider yourself a VERY lucky man, as those can surpass 90 degrees. There are no compatible waterblocks for the Gigabyte 390 and installing an AIO and the G10 is not enough, you need to cool the VRMs and the VRAM as well, the G10 bracket is not sufficient for that. If I were you I'd simply upgrade. Sell your 390 and buy a 390X if you've got spare cash. This time, choose MSI or Sapphire as the manufacturer, cause they're actually good, unlike the dreadful Gigabyte.
