Choosing PSU

What wattage PSU will I need for the following components? 

i5 6600

GTX 1060

8-16 GB RAM

ASUS z170 pro motherboard

1 ssd

1 HDD

At least 3 140mm fans

Possibly some 120mm fans

With wattage to spare for future upgrades

 

Ideally I would like a fully modular PSU which is silent on lower loads.

 

What is the best PSU for my needs and what connectors must it have for my PC to work?

You'll draw at max load of approximately 310-350 watts. I did the math based on each components maximum power draw non overclocked. Id say any power supply even 450 will do. From your two choices, the one made by corsair is of higher build quality in my opinion.
