Uninstalling WinPcap

I have been trying to find a way to uninstall this thing to get a new version for about an hour now and I have found no trace of any of the files that i'm supposed to delete to uninstall. When i'm trying to install a new verision (which is why i'm trying to uninstall in the first place) its says "A previous version of WinCap has been detected on this system and cannot be removed because it is in use by another application. Please close all WinPcap-based applications and run the installer again." I have followed the instructions on the website and tried to do it manually. I can't find the files so I can't delete the old version I can't find to be able to install the new one. Please help.
