I'd always recommend getting the gaming chipsets in case you ever want to get a K sku cpu. So in your case of going Skylake you want a Z170 motherboard. They are only $20-30 more have the time. The only time I wouldn't get one is in the case of extremely low budget builds or in small form factor where you don't have room for aftermarket cooling and you know that the cpu will never be overclocked.

The only difference between H110 and B150 are in the number of ports/slots and PCIe lanes. It doesn't directly have anything to do with what CPU you have, there's no specific reason B150 makes more sense for a higher-end CPU than H110.

so the only difference is number of ports not the board quality?

Yeah generally. Of course quality can still vary for each particular board.

so will Gigabyte h110m-ds2 ddr4 will suffice??? or you prefer another brand/higher chipset cuz for me h110m chipset is all highest i can go....
