Seems good, could throw in a H170 because it's cheaper than Z170. 

Unless you're going to upgrade to cabylake.. Hold off on the motherboard and CPU for now and wait for chipsets to be released for caby lake

The parts are fine and compatible, but try to fit an ssd into the budget it will yeild a massive improvement in OS speed.

doesnt make sense to get h170 with a 6700k....z170 is fine

Any really but if you want really the best go samsung (850 EVO or 850 PRO) but it really doesn't matter what you go with.
