Not that just build with parts you supply, since they would be liable for any issues with dead parts

Havent bought any yet but might be as it is cheaper to get the parts myself

Overclockers UK will build you a pc to your own spec, but obviously you would have to buy the parts from them. I don't think many pc shops would build you a pc with your own parts as they wouldn't be able to give you the warranty support. For example if you buy a pre-build from them you get 'X' number of years warranty for the system plus any manufacturers warranty. Same goes if you buy the parts individually from them.
