How to Reinstall Win 10?

So installing Windows isn't that hard at all however I used to have Windows 8, then 8.1, then used the free upgrade to windows 10. My question is if I'm wanting to do a completely fresh install because I'm having driver and stability problems most likely from upgrading that many times, having to warranty out my processor, having multiple graphics cards and etc. what would be the best way to do about that?

 

I know Windows has their refresh feature or whatever they call it that. Reinstall's Windows but keeps all your files intact. I didn't know if that would work for me or if I needed to download Windows and do a completely fresh install. If so what license key do I use? Where do I find the license key that applies to Windows 10?

You windows should automatically re-authenticate when you reinstall. You license key is most likely attached to the motherboard. When it asks for a product key during install click the "skip/later" button.
