I'm booting up my computer and every time it just goes to a black screen

Probably either an issue with your power supply or motherboard. Give the power supply that you use, and the motherboard that you use.

i7 6700k @4.8ghz 1.45v

ROG Maximus Hero VIII

Gigabyte G1 980ti Sli @1500 ghz

Samsung 950 pro 512gb

16gb G.Skill Ripjawz V @3400mhz 

Corsair H115i 280mm AIO

Corsair 400c Case

Corsair RM1000i

 

Backup/Older/Toys:

Intel i3 6100 @4.6ghz 1.52v

Asrock B150M Pro4/Hyper

Well I did the windows thing and I did the startup repair option and everytime I take the flash drive out it just goes to a black screen and everytime I put it back in it takes my to the option menu so Idk what to do right now

hmm ok well when ive had the problem of windows repair not working i just format the drive and reinstall windows. If you want to do that and risk loosing your windows licence is up to you. It "may" be another problem like motherboard or psu or even ram but i highly dout it. Its a data error in your os on the harddrive pretty sure.

When you reinstall windows, there's an option for you to format a connected drive before it installs to it.

Blue screens eh? Did you try setting it to Wumbo?
