Best IPS monitor under $400

TheKDub

Currently I'm looking at getting the ASUS PB278Q, but was wondering if there would be a better option to go for before I make my final decision.

Some of the things I want the monitor to have:
- 27" to 34"
- 2560x1440, 3440x1440, or 3840x2160
- Black, thin bezels

- VESA support

- IPS display

- Good build quality and decent stand

- No more than $400 USD

I'm not into competitive gaming, so I don't need 1ms response times or 120/144hz refresh rates; I'll primarily be doing occasional graphics design, programming, video editing, and some gaming.

Should I just go for the PB278Q or something else?

Another option I found could be the BenQ GW2765HT, about $50 cheaper, wonder if it's as good.

Just get the ASUS. It seems to fit your description perfectly and looks to be very highly regarded.
