Static noise in headphones

Hi,

I've recently bought Audio-Technica ATH-M30X and they have terrible static noise when they are connected to my pc. It's there when the pc is booted. I tried it out on different devices and there is no such issue. Also my pc works perfectly with any other pair of headphones. I already tried some fixes from the internet, I disabled all sound effects, installed newest realtek drivers and disabled all other device. Unfortunately nothing tends to work. My motherboard is: Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 and my psu is CORSAIR CS750M. I can still get a refund on this thing although I would prefer trying to fix it. If you think that there is no way to make it work then you could recommend me any other pair of headphones around this price point (50 pounds).

Are you plugging them into the case?
or the rear of the motherboard?

I plug it to the rear of the motherboard but the same issue is when it's plugged into the case.
