Can someone please help me I was resetting my pc to factory defaults then I had to cancel it in the middle of the reset and when I did my pc keeps resetting itself and won't get off the asus loading screen plz someone help me

Install a fresh copy of windows or do what the guy said in the last post.

You will need to make one. Download from microsoft website the same version you had and burn to disk or usb flashdrive.

There is a chance that once you reinstall (but try boot repair first) that your windows wont be activated. But often if your motherboard and cpu had a registered version of the same os it will auto activate. Must be same version as in not windows 10 pro if you have standard edition

Well i dont think there is much other options. you could take the pc to your local pc shop and get them to do it for you, or use a friends computer. Sorry i have no other suggestions really.

Its not stuck on a Windows loading screen its stuck on an asus loading screen

Yes but the damage is done to the operating system on the harddrive i believe therefore boot loop.. As its trying to load the asus screen hold shift and restart the pc and see if you can get a blue windows screen. I think this is only a laptop feature but worth a try.

Its likely a data error on the drive, the hhd itself is probly fine unless it was dropped or banged during the reset you were doing earlier.
