Windows 10 vpn

Hello every1!

 

I am working in IT support, i have runned in one problem what i cant understand. when windows 10 start VPN shourtcut on desctop is not having connect/disconnect buton, its grey. When open file location and open windows 10 settings button for shourtcut having connect/disconnect bold as primary and its works, but its not working on pc start. at begining it was only on 1 computer and now its start spread and atm is on 2 computers. maybe its some update?
