Try and iGPU or other working GPU. You can also try other ports on the card as I think the card might be defective if drivers make no difference. New card or just suddenly not working?

Have you tried resetting Cmos? I doubt it'll help but it's worth a try.

Don't just randomly clear CMOS, it's been ruled out not be a mobo issue. Clearing CMOS will not fix a driver issue. However, updating a BIOS could.
