You can't overclock with a B150 board AFAIK. I'd get an i5 6500 intead

You cant even get the 2400 mhz ram if you are not getting an overclocking motherboard as it is overlocked ram

i have fixed the motherboard, but do you guy recommend any at around 100 dollars, and by around i need almost exactly

I would get the first build with an overclocking board.

I didn't realize you already have the 970, use that and get a z170 mobo, 16 GB of ram and an SSD. You won't be maxing out every game coming out atm, but you'll still have good quality graphics and you can save up for the gpu upgrade later and have a better build as well
