Need help please

Hi, I need help on my PC. When I switched on the power supply, for 1 second all the lights and fan will turn on and off again. Then if I press power on, on my computer it will boot normally and ok. Is there something wrong with my PC? Thanks in advance.

 

Intel i7 2700k

Gigabyte h77 ds3h motherboard

MSI GTX 950 2g gaming (new)

2 x 4gb Hyper x RAM

Intel 540 SSD 120gb

Seagate barracuda 500gb

Corsair VS650 power supply

Some LED light and a scythe katana 3 CPU cooler

the problem could be a shortage. check the wattage/volts on the power supply and then on the motherboard, storage, grapics card. if there is a difference of watts/volts between the connections, that could be the problem.

 you are saying that the psu is not supplying enough power? the psu is newly bought. tnx

It may be normal, but I'd check if my front panel connections are properly connected if strange things like this happens. Make sure you dont plug in hdd led to pwr or reset or anything like that as that could explain the strange power cycle.

it could be too little or to much power supply

quite strange. sometimes it happens but sometimes not. I will try to re seat all my components and see if it will be ok. on my previous pc it happened as well..
