Help downmixing audio

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. So I have an audio file that I want to downmix from 5.1 ac3 to 2.0. I know this is really easy to do with handbrake when you are encoding a video but I can't do it just for the audio. Is there an easy way to do this either using handbrake or another program?  I'm pretty sure ffmpeg can do this but i'd prefer to avoid CLI's.
