A confusing temperature for me

Hi this is my first build ever, i've had it for 2 years. https://pcpartpicker.com/b/gpRG3C#partli#partlist 

 

I have noticed i different behavior in my pc in terms of handling the cpu temp. Before i used to play this game called allods online and i dont remember my pc getting as hot as it gets now that im playing guild wars 2. 

My current Temps: (idle=40, 35, 33 49 when i browse internet or download a game)

(playing allods rarely 40 this was a year ago)

(Playing guild wars 2 the temp goes 53, 55)

The fans spin faster than before and can be heard how they increase the speed. I dont know wat this is i already change the thermapaste and still. I touch the radiator and is super hot. 

What do you guys think or recommend me ?
