Windows 10 issues

I can't seem to move files from the drive that I have been moving things from anymore.... This is very aggrevating because I was literally able to get 768 Gb of things moved before this started happening... halp pls ;-;

This is weird I seem to be able to move the files from inside of the Program Files (x86) folder if I go inside of them and move their contents but not the actual folders
