hahaha, I'm not gonna lie bro this is hilarious(the situation); but onto the answer, I'd suggest trying a Cmos reset if all else has failed.

You could also try removing the gpu.

Either that or try another reinstall(both windows and the drivers)

This is quite a perplexing problem; never heard of it before.

Anyways if you've tried everything else I'd try onboard graphics to make sure it isn't anything else; then we could probably conclude that it's the gpu.
