A few months back i purchased a Supermicro MBD-X10DAL-I-O motherboard and 2 Xeon E5-2620 v3 processors and 64GB of memory. It's DDR4 memory each stick is 16GB with 32GB for each CPU. It has 63.9GB available but the board does not have onboard video. What could be the cause for not having all available memory? This is the first dual CPU system i've built too.

I'm not at all familiar with 2 CPU computers but all I can think of is maybe the CPUs automatically reserve ram for themselves in case of the cache getting overflowed but I don't think that happens zeon processors. Try seeing if anything in the bios can help
