Help ! Mouse does not work sometimes after finish booting.

Hi,


Ever since I got this new mouse (Tt eSports Level 10 M Advanced) I have a problem once in awhile (around 4/10 of all boot ups).. After Windows 10 finished booting and desktop appears, my cursor does not move at all but the click does works (mouse LED shine normally). I always have to unplug the USB and plug it in again to make it work properly, apart from this there is nothing wrong with the mouse as it works flawlessly but this glitch annoys me so much as i have to reach for the USB cable at the back of my tower.

Anyone know why this happened? could it be hardware related or software related? I did install the driver and flash the latest firmware for my mouse and it does not help.
Or anyone using the same mouse got the same issue?
