black screen and boot looping help please

hello my pc i built in march has been running great ... but the past few days windows has been trying to update and shut down.  I let it do it's thing 6 hours then it was still at the same screen when I had started it so i then hard shut it down and turned it back on and everything works great. I went into update settings and turned of automatic updates..but it was still happening so i had to hard shut it down again. yesterday  I got back from soccer camp and turned it on and no bios screen nothing just black screen. i can't find the solution to this problem on youtube or anywhere else. please help. i just dusted all the components inside and plugged everything back in. 

 

my specs are   CPU: AMD atholon x4 860k   MOBO:ASRock ATX DDR3 1066 Motherboards FM2A88X PRO3+     PSU: EVGA 500 Watt 80 +    RAM: ASRock ATX DDR3 1066 Motherboards FM2A88X PRO3+

GPU : AMD Radeon R7 380 sapphire nitro edition

nope nothing still just a black screen i tried the F keks and unplugging my hard drive and main ssd  but nothing shows up on my screen

If the Bios doesn't show up, it means that one of the core components is dead.

Tried booting with only one stick of RAM?

the fans are spinning up .   booting with 1 stick of ram isn't working . the bios still doesn't show up  doesn't show up . i can hear my dvd drive continuously spinning up . i have read and tried the trouble shooting steps on the fourum
