Black bars

Hi there,

So i just upgraded from my R9 290 to an GTX1070 and i'm having an issue with my monitor. My monitor is an LG Ultrawide 29um68-p.
The issue that i currently have is that the whole screen isn't been used. There are black bars to the top/left/right. I remember on my R9 290 i had to use overscan(I believe it was called this way) to make it fit perfectly, but sadly the option on the Nvidea control panel doesn't change anything.

I'm running on a resolution of 2560x1080 and i'm using an HDMI cable to connect to my Graphics card.
Also i've tried a lot of things with the Nvidea control panel and the menu on my monitor, but sadly nothing works.

Is there anyone that might know what the problem is?

I've tried both, but sadly it didn't change anything. I've applied an attachment of my screen right now, maybe the visual picture explains it better.
