downgrading help

bkmd100

Well I have only 1 partition where windows 10 is installed, I have folder in that partition with size 700gb, I have only 137gb free.

I want to downgrade to windows 7, I know it puts old windows stuff in windows.old, but i dont know about non windows files on c:/.

Moving these files to another HDD is impossible(plz dont tell me to buy new hdd).

Solutions:-make new partition and put that 700gb in it: I only  have 137gb left, I tried googling it ut I didnt find anything.

-put them in desktop so windows will move them to windows.old: I believe windows installation will take +48 hour

plz helm me guys and thnx in advance ;))

If you don't have enough space, and you want to copy files over, the only way to do it is to buy a new hard drive. That being said, if you're talking about programs, those will most likely require reinstallation.

You can't add more space than what's there.

I suppose you could copy some files over to the remaining space with a new partition, and continually make the partition bigger while also slowly adding files. You can use Disk Management or some third party program in order to accomplish this, though I personally prefer MiniTool Partition Wizard.
