For some reason every time i use Display Driver Uninstaller when i do it through safe mode as it recommends. When i get back into windows with no drivers i check my c drive and there's still a nvidia folder with previous stuff in there lol isn't the program supposed to literally remove everything?

This said, it leaves behind the extracted drivers in the directory which Windows uses to reinstall the driver.

 

DDU has always done that. That's why I uninstall my drivers manually.
